Music and Creativity Coach

We are looking for a music and creativity coach to work as part of a team in our BE-SWAG program. BE-SWAG is a program designed to reduce HIV self-stigma amongst young adults living with HIV in Harare, Zimbabwe. We are looking for someone to create a curriculum that includes music and creativity alongside the main focus of the course on inquiry-based stress reduction. The person will:
​
• Collaboratively design content and curriculum for a 12-week course on self-stigma and shame with integrating components of music and creative expression
• Deliver select parts of the 12-week course on self-stigma and shame
• Mentor a team of five young people to contribute to the music and creative elements of the project
• Lead on the inclusion of music and creativity within the design and delivery of a toolbox that will include a revised camp/online curriculum, an online resource bank, a short three-day self-stigma training, and a course to train the trainers (ToT).
• Contribute to communication outputs

Consultant: Project Coordination and Implementation

We are looking for a consultant to coordinate and lead our BE-SWAG intervention. BE-SWAG is a program designed to reduce HIV self-stigma amongst young adults living with HIV in Harare, Zimbabwe. This job will commence on 23 March month and end on 31 December 2021. The person will:
​
• Liaise with counterparts in Africaid Zvandiri and CeSHAAR
• Collaboratively design content and curriculum for a 12-week course on self-stigma and shame with Inquiry-based Stress Reduction (IBSR) as the core and integrating components of music, art and creative expression
• Deliver the 12-week course on self-stigma and shame
• Coordinate with local Coaches and input into ongoing mentoring
• Guide and contribute to research
• Work collaboratively to design and deliver a toolbox that will include a revised camp/online curriculum, an online resource bank, a short three-day self-stigma training, and a course to train the trainers (ToT)
• Guide and contribute to communication outputs
​• Update Beyond Stigma’s Board of Directors on project progress
